Our Bed & Breakfast Il Ruscello di Giava was born from the recovery and restoration of a farmhouse of the first years of '900. The house is very close to a little stream surrounded by green and quiet woods. The beautiful beaches of Versilia, the well-known locations of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi are not so far.

The house is on two levels with five rooms, all different one from another, plus a large living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Flower beds and borders evergreen surrounding the house that opens on a large garden where there are swimming pool and solarium.
